OPTICAL SALES ASSOCIATE (ALL GENDERS) | BEVERLY HILLS, LOS ANGELES

Opening Summer 2026: For our new MYKITA store in Beverly Hills, California, we are looking for a highly motivated Optical Sales Associate (all genders) to join our team and contribute to the successful launch and development of the store. Ideally, a background in luxury retail sales is preferred. Optical retail experience is favored but not mandatory.  As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional service to an international clientele, guide customers through the selection of our high-quality eyewear, and actively promote our products and services.

YOUR TASKS

  • You expertly sell MYKITA’s premium frames and lenses to a diverse clientele, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
  • Eyewear dispensing, adjustments, repairs, and maintenance are carried out by you, supported by comprehensive training to ensure the highest standards.
  • You represent MYKITA’s brand, vision, and values, consistently upholding our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.
  • Delivering a highly personalized and memorable customer experience is a central part of your role.
  • You perform precise lens measurements and manage the ordering process with accuracy and care.
  • Administrative tasks are handled efficiently by you, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You bring at least one year of experience in a retail optical environment.
  • A strong passion for consulting and selling high-end eyewear to an international clientele defines your profile.
  • Attention to detail, combined with a clear focus on quality and service, is one of your strengths.
  • You work independently, with a structured and well-organized approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and timely approach to customer correspondence, are essential.
  • A highly motivated and team-oriented mindset characterizes your way of working.
  • Flexibility to work weekends is required.
  • You are fluent in English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
  • Lens edging skills are beneficial, but not required.
