EXPORT & FASHION SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ALL GENDERS) | 35 HRS

As a member of the Export & Fashion Service Team within our Customer Excellence Department, you act as the trusted first point of contact for our distributor partners and fashion clients, ensuring an excellent after-sales experience. With your fluent English skills, you enjoy working with international business partners, finding solutions and keeping track of multiple requests and processes. • As part of the Export & Fashion Service Team, you are the first point of contact for our distributor partners and fashion clients regarding after sales inquiries.
• You maintain regular contact with our business partners primarily in English and ensure smooth and reliable collaboration.
• You handle orders, backorders, invoices, claims and credit notes, keeping everything on track.
• You carefully document inquiries, cases and relevant information in our ticketing system to ensure transparency and make sure nothing gets lost.
• When something doesnt go as planned, you get to the root of the issue, coordinate with the relevant teams and find pragmatic solutions.
• You work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to coordinate activities in their respective markets.
• You collaborate with our Logistics Team to ensure that all shipping documents are prepared and deliveries run smoothly.
• You work closely with our Accounting Team to clarify questions regarding invoices or outstanding payments.
• You stay connected with Production and other service-related teams to provide accurate delivery timelines and keep all stakeholders informed.
• As part of the team, you actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and continuously improving our service.

• You are fluent in English (B2 or higher) and communicate confidently and professionally. German or additional language skills are a plus.
• You have previous experience in export, customer service, customer support or similar and have the relevant know-how.
• You enjoy interacting with business partners and working closely with colleagues and different teams.
• Even in challenging situations, you stay calm, solution-oriented and always find the right tone.
• You work independently, take responsibility and have a strong customer-focused mindset.
• You are confident using MS Office and ideally have experience with ticketing systems and SAP.
