SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (ALL GENDERS)
As part of the Global Brand Department, the Social Media Manager at MYKITA holds holistic responsibility for the strategic development and execution of the brand’s global social media presence across all channels. In this role, you lead digital communication planning, content creation and adaptation, community engagement, and performance optimization—working cross-functionally at the intersection of Brand Communication, Marketing, Corporate Design, and E-Commerce.
YOUR JOB
- Develop and implement global social media strategies—both organic and paid—aligned with brand, communication, and business goals, while staying within budget parameters.
- Plan, create, adapt, and publish content that embodies MYKITA’s brand voice and visual identity across all relevant platforms.
- Manage the global content calendar, ensuring cohesive integration of campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and staying ahead of platform trends and market dynamics.
- Oversee budget planning and performance tracking for paid media campaigns in close collaboration partner agency, marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Grow and engage MYKITA’s global social media community through proactive interaction, consistent community management, and compelling brand storytelling.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders - Brand Communication/PR, Marketing, Corporate Design, E-Commerce - and external agencies and partners to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience in social media management within a premium or design-led brand environment.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on experience in content production and campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.
- Excellent aesthetic sensibility and storytelling ability in line with MYKITA’s visual language and tone of voice.
- Data-driven with experience in reporting tools and KPI analysis.
- Fluent in English (German a plus); excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and well-versed in cross-functional brand ecosystems.
