JUNIOR CORPORATE DESIGNER (ALL GENDERS)
We are looking for a motivated Junior Corporate Designer to join our Corporate Design Team within the Global Brand Department. In this role, you will support the development and execution of MYKITA’s visual brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects and contribute to the consistent and high-quality expression of the brand. As a junior team member, you will work closely with designers and other members of the brand team, gradually taking on more responsibility while developing a holistic understanding of our design processes and standards.
YOUR TASKS
- Support the design and production of a wide range of communication materials across print and digital (B2B / B2C), including presentations, brochures, and marketing assets.
- Assist in the development and rollout of retail and POS materials such as window campaigns, displays, and in-store communication tools.
- Contribute to the creation and adaptation of visual assets for MYKITA’s digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent design concepts.
- Support the execution of campaigns, photoshoots, and other brand-related projects.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving MYKITA’s corporate design standards across all touchpoints.
- Work on global marketing requests and help tailor communication materials for local markets.
YOUR PROFILE
- 1–2 years of professional experience in design, internships included.
- Degree in design (communication design or similar) or relevant vocational training.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and imagery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Interest in both print and digital design, with a willingness to learn across disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and/or motion or 3D tools is a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
