EXPORT & FASHION COORDINATOR (ALL GENDERS)

We are looking for an Export & Fashion Coordinator, 20 hours/part-time or 40 hours/full-time, to join our team!
Our Export & Fashion Team is part of the Customer Excellence department and works closely with the Customer Service and the Returns Team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
 

YOUR JOB

  • As part of the Export & Fashion Team, you are the first point of contact for our distributor partners and fashion clients regarding After Sales inquiries.
  • You maintain regular contact with our export and fashion customers – mostly in English – ensuring smooth collaboration. 
  • You manage customer orders, back orders, invoices, claims and credit items, keeping everything on track. 
  • You carefully document all inquiries and relevant information in our ticket system to ensure nothing gets lost. 
  • When things don’t go as planned, you get to the root of the issue and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to coordinate activities in their respective markets.
  • You work hand in hand with our Logistics team, ensuring all shipping documents are prepared and deliveries run seamlessly.
  • You coordinate with our Accounting team to clarify any questions regarding invoices or outstanding payments.
  • You stay connected with Production and other service-related teams to provide accurate delivery timelines and keep all stakeholders informed.
  • As part of the team, you actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and continuously improving our service.
  • In challenging situations, you stay calm and strike the right tone.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Language skills: You speak German well and English fluently. You can communicate confidently and professionally in both languages.
  • Additional languages are a plus but not required. 
  • Experience: You have worked in export or customer support before and have the necessary expertise. 
  • Communication: You enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating closely with other teams. 
  • Work style: You work independently, take responsibility, and have a strong customer-oriented mindset. 
  • Technical skills: You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with ticketing systems and SAP.
